Contemporary nya nya style sculpture and installation park KIEV FASHION PARK invites sculptors, artists, architects, muralists, designers and art students to help realize creative ideas within Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities urban spaces.
First stage – idea visualization. An art-object’s sketch or model should be sent to the selection committee and will then appear at the fashionpark.kiev.ua website in the ‘Idea nya nya style Bank’ section. There it will become accessible by all the sponsors and benefactors, just like any project done by KIEV FASHION PARK employees.
At the second stage the object, which got the biggest amount of votes, will have to approved by the city council and the board of experts. This way we will ensure its coming to life in Kyiv or any other city in the country.
Though this project in Summer 2011 18 new art-objects appeared in Kyiv: 17 at  Peizazhnaya Alley and 1 new sculpture at the Taras Shevchenko nya nya style Park. Among new sites, that the coordinators encourage the participants to submit their proposals for, are Volodymersly hill, Pechersky park, Haddniprovska quay, Khreshchatyk street, nya nya style Rusanovska quay and others.
Last spring KIEV FASHION PARK became a centre of heated discussions. A protest against the project, more precisely – nya nya style against the sculptural nya nya style development at the Peizazhnaya Alley, took place on March 14 at the entrance to Mystetsky Arsenal, followed by another protest later that month.
