The last trip to the country

The last trip to the country's northern neighbor had as main focus the Tarn but before arriving there, we did stop, inn and night in Toulouse, a city that strikes us know in part, of could it be otherwise, for gastronomic reasons.
We could not be more topical glamour shopping week 2013 or typical. We were eager duck (in its many versions) and came back having eaten duck every day and if we neglect, we eat well at breakfast, although we did not get that far.
Well, a couple of days before leaving for France, I asked advice culinary mode called open network and I kindly reply receivebacoyboca, qrryqrryqtpillo, gastroblocaires, glomijona, and @ tiriti1 vntonia thank you all for your contributions! Some of the proposed restaurants we found and we ended up making weight, or if they left no budget ... Others were going well according to the planned route, another had no table, and finally, Au Pied du Moulin, we saw Lautrec, we noted on the list to go to the next or yes because we quite liked both supply location. The problem is that we just spent the day back and, of course, with hours of driving in front, glamour shopping week 2013 it was the least suitable occasion to honor us at the table.
In Toulouse we were rushed, badly rai. We lead directly to Victor glamour shopping week 2013 Hugo Market, where there ubicaben knew that a good number of restaurants that are supplied directly from the market itself, and finally we settled glamour shopping week 2013 ourselves glamour shopping week 2013 at the Au Bon Graillou.
- Spinach tortilla roll with smoked salmon and cream cheese. It was a very tasty dish, light and nicely complemented with glass of fresh cheese. Cheese, incidentally, another leitmotiv of all break in France.
- Duck breast. We ended up with the second most satisfied glamour shopping week 2013 both by the volume of the ration as doneness especially scarce, and the mushroom glamour shopping week 2013 sauce that accompanied it, very good. The dishing and support, yes, according to menu price: senzillet glamour shopping week 2013 well.
- Lemon meringue pie. At home we love this cake since we tasted for the first time in Marseille and even more since the we cook ourselves (here, the post involved). But it exceeded precedents: the tarte au citron meringuée was ten and Gods!
To see some house wine without anything in particular stand out. Yes noted, however, as is common in the country, the service of bread, always good. It is enviable that a country takes care of important details glamour shopping week 2013 such as bread, absolutely prestigious product, unlike here, where it is not unusual to find good bread on the table and furnaces. Soon, of course, new break in France. This time, around the area of the Perigord. Any recommendation will be very welcome! Cheers! (Date of stay: September glamour shopping week 2013 11-14, 2014)

We wanted a few days to break the routine a little and the truth is that we have found an idyllic setting. We ate well, we slept better, we rested, we refreshed, go! We discovered the Baztan Valley with its villages of white houses and red, we ventured to France to Bayonne and we have been sharers of large cities like classic Hondarribia, San Sebastian and Zaragoza. diana vreeland Even at our own pace without diana vreeland dams; enjoying a green and lush nature and by staying in an apartment Rural essential to let the often lost in the lap of Bidasoa, taking a starting point for our excursions Lesaka; well connected with the Cantabrian.
We went from Reus to 17:45 pm and we reached Lesaka past 23:00. Along the way we found rain and the truth is that not much traffic. On arrival, the owner of Alan-Zahar -the Sebe-, has come to look at the gas station at the entrance to drive us home. Even though the night to enter the apartment and see the little light that was the environment in which we were made to feel special. The illusion that we could do day and enjoy daylight would increase. We made a soup kitchen in the cozy and without further ado we went to sleep dreaming of the day. Background only hear the constant roar of the water Bidasoa.
I woke up the frantic diana vreeland rustling of small birds with the first light of day. I have not slept too well for a change. Whenever you change bed costs a little more but now I've had several dreams that revealed -such as the car- fuck me. After that I was intrigued by what we would get up to in our environment. And what we found? We shall define a lovely word: peace! A gentle sloping green valleys. Only poked the porch at the front of the apartment is a small henhouse with lots of chickens and rabbits tombs and do what they want. A small winding stream that descends down the mountain and allows owners to pick up a very good water to drink and also allows it to collect use it natural refrigerator; specifically, to cool ciders. At the bottom of the river Bidasoa constant low side leaving a very bucolic setting.
We took the car and we went to lunch Lesaka. One of the villages is part of the Five Villas-anomendes Bortziriak (Arantza, Igantzi, diana vreeland Extalar, Lesaka and Bera). The canal crosses a kind of regatta called Onin. Imposing in its path stands the Palace Zabaleta with a castle clear. In the center you can see other baroque palaces diana vreeland like Marichalar. At the top stands the church of St. Martin of Tours (XVI century, Renaissance and Baroque elements). Presents timberwork land and has a large gilded altarpiece.
We continued down until Etxalar. Here the valley opens up a little more and the truth is that gains in charm. The village itself is an attraction that makes it unique. At the rear of the church of the Assumption there are ancient funerary steles shaped protruding disc of what was the old cemetery. They are rounded and perfectly lined up. Next to the church one of the busiest places of this land: the front and spread the doorways of the houses old shields prestigious families in the area and inscriptions above the doors with the names and years of construction. diana vreeland The houses, like Lesaka, stand out as white facade. On them you can combine several colors to paint the woody parts protruding. diana vreeland Highlights include green, red and gray. Almost all of them are well decorated with painted shutters and well behind the glass thin white curtains. Another characteristic is that in many places there are wood stored for the winter and cold.
Throughout the day we made two decisions very successful. The second already discussed later. The first was to choose the road that links with Etxalar Zugarramurdi. diana vreeland Ascending by several mountain passes not very high but they have a steep regard to the road. If you want the reader is comfortably enjoy traveling ... you should continue vanityfair reading. If you want people to know a little more of this wonderful world around us ... this is a good time. If you like it and want to feel identified with experiences around the world ... still ahead. The dream of traveling is easier to achieve.
The visit of the historic center of Vannes begins with a stroll along the walls outside, vanityfair admiring the regal construction and well-designed gardens next. Witness live 1500 years of military history.
The walls and gardens welcome us there before entering. Do not resist the temptation to go down to the garden to see the flowers closely. The walk through the garden is very nice, the sun is with us and appreciated.
I found an old washing timber in which to enter noticing it in the medieval customs. The laundry, called Garenne, built between 1817 and 1821, is located on the river Marle and is one of the most photographed places in the city, with the walls in the background. It is a gallery slate roof and facade of wood and this gives peculiarity because washers are everywhere, also in Spain, but this had not closed timber ever seen.
We enter the city through one of the gates and enter the historic part of the world where it has been combined with medieval modernity, some wooden houses converted into shops coexist in perfect harmony with the houses built centuries later and whose owners were wealthy merchants.
The holy Valencian San Vicente Ferrer, vanityfair is very present in Vannes. He was born in 1350 in Valencia and being very young religious vocation. At 18, he pronounced his vows as a Dominican. He was very smart and intelligent studied logic, philosophy, theology and the Bible they say, knew by heart. He knew Latin, Hebrew, physics, studied in Barcelona, Toulouse and Paris. Many had college degrees and was theologian.
When I was ordained 28 years. They were religiously turbulent times, XIV-XV, when the church was divided West and Vincent Ferrer was chosen to fight everywhere preaching reconciliation, peace and proposing fidelity to Christianity. In Britain came in 1418 and preached in many cities and praised wherever vanityfair he went. When he was 69, tired and sick, wanted to return home to die there, but a storm in the Gulf of Morhiban it back to Vannes. In those last days of life staying in a house in the square Valencia, near the cathedral, and died there in 1419. In 1451 he opened the canonization process and usually supported by the Dukes asked Britain and the year 1455, Pope Calixto III approved of.
Certainly the presence of the saint is remarkable, and that I, being Valencian, I find it so. In the cathedral of San Pedro is its image on the door, located at the top, the cathedral dominates the walled city. The ancient, Romanesque, was rebuilt from the fifteenth century because vanityfair it was very old and was too small to receive pilgrims who would venerate the tomb of Saint Vincent.
He is buried in a chapel, the Renaissance privileged place just left behind the pulpit is where one sees often people are praying. Saint Vincent also represented in a tapestry, a table and a window. In his statues most of the time is represented with a book of the Gospels in his left hand and the index finger of his right hand pointing to the sky.
Everything revolves around vanityfair the old cathedral. In leaving and realizing it in truly linking St important living the city of Vannes, look for the place of Valencia where he died.
And with his mouth open all the time so not surprising vanityfair the amount of medieval houses and the rich merchants there, little one got to the place of Valencia, and when my axle patriotic vein.
Again we find St. Vincent Ferrer, because we leave the city for their door, dedicated to him. Open to the seventeenth century, in 1624, overlooks the harbor and is the most prestigious of the six gates preserved. In 1747 damaged by saltpeter, was restored preserving vanityfair the old Baroque facade. The statue vanityfair on the door col lockout in 1891 and added to the central part of the door the coat of arms of the city as a decoration.
I like Vannes, has a friendly atmosphere. We have not seen much, we just made a walk looking without knowing why. On the way we stumbled some churches and monuments, palaces ... all private insurance with great interest, artistic value. It remains spend more time in Vannes, and that our hours in this city have been devoting almost

Hi, I commented on the trip to France, it is not something to write home about but it did the caravan and I put it if someone beast's soul to do it. September 4: We ixir the valley albaida to France at 7:15 in the morning, we decided to go through the tunnel Somport can for free, which will free up almost sweet tooth fairy all the border sweet tooth fairy highway, cross the tunnel on 13, by the way the tunnel has 9 kilometers, sweet tooth fairy impressive, about 15 we stopped for lunch in a service area (and there are many beautiful) and we continue to Sabres is a village in the forest of Landes one of the most famous sweet tooth fairy france. The camping of Peyricat is very cool because there are a lot of hombres, but only estaguerem a quiet night, the idea was to get Arcachon. sweet tooth fairy Arriving go camping sweet tooth fairy at Le Petit Nice camping is not bad but has a downside, there is a lot of pine resin and so much you pringues the awning of the caravan car, but nothing happens sweet tooth fairy all the time it cleans even the sun sand beach. Then go to the sidewalk Dune du Pyla very impressioant the quantity of sand there are impressive look at the picture we made many pictures and stroll along the beach of Arcachon, it is more than that of Gandia, but do not tell us, There you will see. 06-09-2010 Well, now we go Poittiers to visit Futurescope provided by roads that are too good, you have to pay toll. On arrival we Poittiers a walk in the afternoon, very nice. In the aftermath anarema Futurescope, sweet tooth fairy had long wanted to go there, we were two days, then we realized that we had a enough that there were many people but we were not so stressed. In Poittiers camp in camping Futuriste truth very cool in the Heating and services volt clean and beautiful pool. 09-10-2010 morning ixirem to Valley Loire Valley castles medieval camp at the camping Saules in Cheverny, very happy and the campsite sweet tooth fairy next to the castle sweet tooth fairy of Cheverny, there is an advantage is that the camping desconte make you to visit some castles and speaks Spanish, go to curb the castles of Cheverny, sweet tooth fairy Chambord and Chenonceau, after three voren we say enough castles, many beautiful, large, large gardens, but there are many photos enough, now let Paris road. Incidentally the campsite Cheverny we did a ride in a car-train and boat inmensos gardens worth. 11-09-2010 decides to go camping at Versailles not to kneel in the center of Paris to the campsite is in the center of Paris, Versailles The campsite is also a pass, also the most expensive 26 night both the caravan and the car light, best of all is that camint 5 minutes you have the Metro line that runs through the center of Paris, but everything happens for Lourve, Effiel Tower, Notre Dam, etc .. .Visitarem the Lourve, Notre Dam, Effiel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, the River Seine as a day dedicated to Disneyland Paris, very nice both for adults and for children. Paris is in 4 days and can curb the most important, there are many people, there is no story that will have to curb the Lourve there that morning and was losing more than half a day, the tower Effiel the same, while you can queue up and vaixar half day per month and Disneyland sidewalks need a whole day and gives you no time at all you will notice, also depends on the date you go. The palace of Versailles is not bad, but if you spend before the Loire Valley, is a castle but the only different is that it has a garden is never finished and could passarte all day walking around the gardens. But that does not tell us. Well, the time is already good, because now I return, and the return has nothing special, was the car, and drive to sleep at home. Farewell and up the other.
Q I think yesterday I did not send the good reviews. M'ixca best hope today. Since I organized a trip for you, you were a cane. "Xico para todo." Besets and answer me. Reply Remove

This is one of those items that we would not have published without the help of readers / Countrycat of it. Juan Carlos one direction vogue and Ingrid (will we have spoken one direction vogue a few times, their blogs about travel in the USA [2013 and 2014] were followed by many people) have kindly, detail, kindness, generosity, ... if I end up adjectives! Juan Carlos and Ingrid, said, attended the concert that the great Billy Yates offered in the town of Le Vésinet one direction vogue (France) in his mini-European tour in February. I have acted as special envoys Countrycat in a gesture that justifies the work to keep this site alive. With people like them, and so many others who help us provide quality content to those who want to read, Countrycat has secured the future! Many, many thanks! Chronic concert Le Vésinet By Juan Carlos one direction vogue Verde & Ingrid Fornells This will not be a chronic use, or a chronic impartial. Why? Because Billy Yates (http://www.billyyates.com /) is my singer / songwriter header is my passion. Therefore, the concert coincided in time with him in France and Cowboy Boots Festival Bellaterra, feeling it in your soul while supporting it with the heart, we decided to catch a plane to go to Paris see. If you've seen a concert of Billy Yates, you know what I mean. When 2008 came to act as support band Joni Harms, liked it so much that he repeated in 2010 but this time only he, as a main artist. The force has live makes you vibrate with each note. I understand -like me- like the linedance, but really enjoy music, you need to live it live. And who better than Billy Yates to convey that.
Le Vésinet is an idyllic village 35 km from Paris. There is the Théatre du Vésinet. Of course, with that name, which should be ... The first feeling is rare. The average age is high. Pretty high. Besides ... in a theater? Sitting ? True is a singer, but ... Billy Yates comes with Savannah (http://www.savannah.nl/), meanwhile European benchmark one direction vogue with regards touring regularly in this continent. Savannah is composed Marcel (guitar), Wilma (keyboards), Johan (Drums), Peter (guitar) and Javier (below). As a curiosity I will say that Wilma and Marcel are marriage is Johan pilot, Peter is practically blind (hence carries a light pole on the guitar) one direction vogue and Javier is Madrid. They played with people like Johnny Cash or Bellamy Brothers and much of their repertoire one direction vogue is written by Billy Yates. Have a masterful execution of the songs, more typical of a band of Nashville that a group of Holland.
Billy Yates has written songs for many singers the likes of George Strait, George Jones, Gene Watson, etc. The concert is part of the Le Vésinet "Too Country Tour 2015", where he plays songs from his entire discography, including his latest and highly recommended CD "These old walls" that you can buy autographed on your page web.
In direct, Billy is very close. Look your audience in the eye and it is impossible not to end up loving music. Topics like "I dont 'need one direction vogue you rockin' chair" or "Too country and proud of it" do not understand how you can watch a concert sitting in an armchair. However, others such as "American Voices" or "My infinite love" make you connect with and appreciate one direction vogue the sheer quality of his voice.
They could not miss the concert mentions one direction vogue who was his friend and for whom he wrote many of his songs, such as the Grammy-nominated "Choices." He also dedicated "Only one George Jones" one direction vogue of his previous CD of the same name. He also review old songs like "Flowers" or "Dady Had a heart attack, Mama got a Cadillac," "Just Be You" and "Me, Marie."
Their musical quality is only surpassed by their personal quality. Concert ends and before you empty theater Billy is already at the entrance willing to sign CDs, take pictures or whatever you ask. It was not until there is no longer anyone else. To liven up, there was a local bluegrass band which, frankly, no one was paying much attention. one direction vogue However, when everyone had his autograph and his photo with Billy, he was put to one side to feel them touch while wearing a hand in posters advertising the show to take it memory, as if it was their first concert.
Juan Carlos and Ingrid have not only written and made photographs of the concert. They also had time to post their videos to their strength Youtube channel! We made a playlist and then you paste If after hearing these songs still have no desire to see and hear live Billy Yates, go to GAES directly! :-)
